Worrying about being productive versus being liked

Donovan McNabb's season ended yesterday -- just short of the Super Bowl -- but in this article the 10-year veteran QB earns high praise from Brad Childress, the former Eagles' QB coach and O-coordinator and current head coach in MIN:

"He's one of those people that learns from the past and makes the most of what's ahead of him. He doesn't worry about being liked, he worries about being productive. He worries about the things he can change and how he can work to change them. There is something interwoven deep inside his fiber with his values and the values of his parents that have made him the person he is. To me, that's as important as the physical skills and ability."
